The following terms and conditions do not constitute a legal contract. They represent the standard terms and conditions agreed upon between Tricity Rideshare LLC and the parents, intended to ensure uninterrupted and smooth services.

1. We offer our standard services for transportation either from home to school or from school to home, referred to as a “ONE WAY TRIP.” Additionally, transportation from home to school and from school to home is referred to as a “TWO WAY TRIP.” Fees are calculated on a per-trip basis: the one-way trip incurs a set fee, while the two-way trip is charged at double the fee with a 10% special discount applied.
2. The applicable fees vary based on each school’s regular dismissal timing. Any extra or special requests for additional pickups or drop-offs will incur an additional charge separate from the monthly fee
3. Tri-City drivers will pick up students from the designated locations, such as their Home or School, and drop them off accordingly.
4. As we are well aware, timing is of utmost importance when it comes to school transportation. During morning pickups, drivers are unable to wait for students. It is imperative that students are prepared and present at the pickup location 5 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time in the mornings. Failure to comply may result in the driver departing the pickup point without collecting the student.
5. In the afternoon School pickup times, a 15-minute waiting period is observed after school at the designated pickup area.
6. However, it’s important to note that the waiting time for Thornton Elementary Jr. School in Fremont is limited to 6 minutes due to the exceptionally busy parking area.
7. We would like to emphasize the responsibility of parents in ensuring effective communication. In cases where a student will not be attending school or if a parent intends to personally pick up or drop off their child, kindly notify us at least a day in advance. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
8. We kindly request your assistance in maintaining a hygienic and insect-free environment for all our students. We urge you to instruct your child not to consume food or beverages in the vehicle, as some passengers might have allergies to certain food items. Please note that a fee of $150 will be applied for vehicle re-cleaning, should a student be responsible for any mess.
9. In exceptional circumstances, our drivers are entitled to take up to 3 days off during the entire school year. Please be aware that no alternative transportation will be provided on these occasions. It’s important to emphasize that this condition is seldom applicable; however, it stands in cases of emergencies.
10. This agreement represents an annual contract between Tri-City Rideshare Company and the parents (our valued customers), facilitating transportation between the students’ homes and schools. If anyone requires services for a limited duration, we kindly advise against signing this contract without prior consultation and mutual understanding with us. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
11. If a customer terminates or discontinues this contract during the ongoing school session, services will not be reinstated within the same school year unless you undergo the process of Re-enrollment. A Re-enrollment fee of $200 will be applicable. If the school closes on or after the 10th day of the month, the fee for the last month of the school year will be charged in full. However,
12. if the school closes or open, before or after the vacation on any date of the month, fees will be charged for full month. As we are charging from beginning.
13. No fees will be charged for the Summer vacation period.
14. At every new School year, all students have to fill out new enrollment form, And enrollment fee will be $50.
15. Please note that we use to have a limited number of seats available for every year, and they will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Kindly review the terms and conditions carefully before proceeding to download the enrollment form from our website: www.tricititours.com/student-service//. Complete the form, scan it, and send it to us via email at tricititours@gmail.com. It’s important to understand that the submission of the form does not guarantee enrollment. If we have available seats, we will contact you via email or text message to provide instructions for depositing the fees directly into our bank account.
16. All fees (including the First month fee + Enrollment fee) must be paid at least 15 days prior to the first day of school.
