Terms of Use:

1. All deposits are Non-Refundable.
2. Tri-Citi rideshare LLC does not responsible for any late, delay, or cancellation of service due to any accidental or undefinable (natural disaster) circumstances.
3. Tri-Citi rideshare LLC does not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
4. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to our vehicles caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party.
5. A fee of $3000.00 for each carpet or seat burn caused inside the vehicle.
6. If a human reaction takes place inside the vehicle, caused by alcohol or drug-related reasons, such as nausea, diarrhea, or any other form of discharge, the customer will pay $500.00 for sanitation and cleaning fees.
7. Alcohol Consumption and drug use are prohibited by law in our vehicles.
8. Tri-Citi rideshare LLC’s driver has the right to terminate any service without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).
9. It is illegal to stand through the sunroof.
10. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.
11. Tri-Citi rideshare LLC does not responsible for any belongings left in our vehicles by customers.
12. Balances are to be paid to the driver on the scheduled date before the beginning of the journey.
13. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond the seating capacity.
14. FOR AIRPORT PICKUPS: Please call us at 510-677-3909 and our dispatcher will direct you to the pickup location at the airport.
15. Customers paying with a Credit Card, automatically permit us to charge the card for the remaining fare fees/fines charges mentioned above (where applicable).
16. The cancellation policy is 72 hrs notice. With no capacity of a refund, once any advance payment is made from customers or on behalf of customers.
